I have been fighting with echo in the office doing zoom classes and the glass white board was not really helping. (Hanging a huge slab of glass on the wall in a room you're trying to kill echo in doesn't work.
Who knew?) So I got this felt white board that is six 12" x 12" beveled stiff felt squares and hung them and the new board turned out nice. It's also cool, since they're separate squares, you can arrange them in different ways.
These are some especially cool Mac tips & tricks from Amanda Woolsey. I especially love the flipclock clock screensaver and the desktop hide icons app:
This is so cool. Yes! Yes! Yes! Take all my monies!
[Yeah yeah yeah, I know everybody streams nowadays, but I have hundreds of dvds and I can't clip excerpts for students from streamed material. I so hope these are great. Please be great! The reviews are great. Ordering!]
You know I got those little sleeve organizer boxes for DVDs right off, right? This is so cool. Look how many DVDs fit in two little sleeve boxes. Look! It's magic.
I thought I'd share this. It's my favorite cartoon on writing. I see myself relating most to the "Shrine to the Muse" and "First draft furnace," but I most want to join the boxing match in the "Writer's Room."
